2.5 Hotel Partner Information
Name, business address, contact details, KYC documents, and property details of Hotel Partners registering on the Platform.

- To create and maintain user and hotel partner accounts.
- To process bookings, verify identity, and facilitate secure payments.
- To provide customer support and grievance redressal.
- To personalise search results, recommendations, and Platform functionality.
- To send essential transactional communications relating to bookings, cancellations, and service updates.
- To send promotional offers, discounts and marketing communications, unless you choose to opt out.
- To comply with Applicable Laws and cooperate with governmental or regulatory authorities.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above or as required under law.
- Usage Data may be stored for shorter periods unless it is needed for analytics or compliance.
