2.5 Hotel Partner Information

Name, business address, contact details, KYC documents, and property details of Hotel Partners registering on the Platform.

  • To provide customer support and grievance redressal.
  • To personalise search results, recommendations, and Platform functionality.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

  • We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above or as required under law.
